NEW COURSE CALENDAR + more

The Nutz & Boltz of it...

As I know that each of our lives have taken extremely different shapes following the global outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, I am NOT requiring for all of us to come together to follow a lecture or demo at a certain time on a certain day.  But rather, you will have the opportunity to do that at any time following my posting course information on our various sites including this blog, FaceBook Group, uploaded videos and lectures.

1. As a student of SA 321 you need to check into our class blog SP2020CazSA321.blogspot.com AND SP2020CazSA121.blogspot.com between the hours of 9 am and 6 PM on TUE & THU and to our blog and our FaceBook Group page, minimum.
Make note of this in your personal calendars.

2. I will alert you to any new updates to our blog pages through your CAZ email as I post them.
This is your responsibility alone to keep a close eye on your email.

3. Each Friday morning I will check to make sure your Virtual Sketchbook Entries have been loaded with full details completed from the assignment.
* This includes your comments on your colleague's works.
From the Rubric #6. The student thoughtfully considered and completed 5 written entries (minimum) of others' entries, beyond “I like this work! It’s cool Scooby Doo

Please re-read the already published Virtual Sketchbook Rubric carefully to fully understand this assignment so you know you are completing it to the best of your ability.

Mark your calendars when each Virtual Sketchbook Entry trio are due and published to our FB.site, they are as follows:
MAR 27 = 27 entries of 40
APR 03 = 30
APR 10 = 33
APR 17 = 36
APR 24 = 39
MAY 01 = 40

4. Make sure to comply with all DUE dates.  Should you not understand something or are having problems with anything you need to pose those questions to me by email at jpepper@cazenovia immediately.

5. You have one research paper to complete.
One is due tomorrow, TUE MAR 23 by 6 PM.
If you recall, prior to spring recess, I required you to complete a second multi-media presentation on an additional painter from our contemporary painters list posted to the blog. Lucky you, I have forfeited this, and instead will direct our attentions towards the evolution of your paintings.
As an Intermediate Painting Trio, you have every right to follow along with the assignments I have given SA121 students.  Should these not be of interest, you need to work on your own painterly evolution.

6.  Below is our new Course Calendar, please follow it.
