DAY 2: Procedural Questionnaire + Student Statement of Understanding

The purpose of this procedural questionnaire given to you on the first day of the term, is for me to make sure you can navigate to the course blog on your personal computers.

3. Please complete the following questions and submit to me by the next class period.  
4. For whatever reason, should a student be unable to sign this document, you must make an appointment to see me to discuss your reasons.
